In July 2026, Ken was appointed Country Manager for Aquent Japan. He oversees the company’s four offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka, and is responsible for driving the growth of Aquent’s recruitment, staffing, and solutions businesses in Japan.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n\n\n
With nearly 30 years of experience in marketing—18 of which were spent in leadership roles—he has driven business growth for global companies in the Japanese market. His perspective is grounded in his long-standing experience leading from the client side at the very sites where Aquent deploys talent. In recent years, he has spearheaded the Agentic AI initiative and digital transformation (DX), consistently applying practices that link technology to organizational results.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n\n\n
At Aquent Japan, Ken is spearheading a transformation that places AI at the center of the business. He is introducing Aquent’s proprietary talent matching technology to the Japanese market and building a system that connects the talent sought by companies with the career aspirations of individual professionals more quickly and with greater precision. At the same time, in a Japanese market where the use of AI is creating new job roles and talent demand, he aims to make Aquent a company that identifies, develops, and delivers talent capable of thriving in the AI era.
