お仕事の概要

▼業務内容​

Japan Marketing team plans, executes, and reports on marketing campaigns and initiatives; within that team is the marketing operations team which this person will report to; the marketing operations team is responsible for business planning, management, reporting, data analysis and insights for the marketing team.

【Responsibilities】
・Format large raw data into tables/reports

・Support marketing processes (lead-flow management, budgeting/POs, respond and follow up on internal inquiries with support from manager, update sales/marketing training materials with input from manager, attend marketing events as operational staff)

・Support Marketing Operations Manager with various project management tasks (e.g. timeline and workback scheduling, setting and facilitating internal reviews, consolidating data and creating tables in excel)

・Send regular internal communications (consolidate topic requests and send marketing department email newsletter, share updates from marketing operations team via email)
・Arranging and scheduling team meetings, offsites, internal cadences

・Attend weekly team meetings and prepare minutes

▼必須スキル・経験

・Excel (v-lookup, pivot charts, getpivot, graph/chart creation), Word, Powerpoint
・experience in project management
・excellent communication skills
・Business or Fluent level of English speaking and reading/writing.

▼歓迎要件

・Experience working in marketing or sales in B2B tech
・Familiarity with budget management
・Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, QuickSight)

▼給料 

【時給】3,200円
【通勤交通費】支給あり（上限30,000円／月）

9:00〜18:00
