After graduating from Waseda university, Kazuaki Ieda joined a publishing company that has been publishing economic magazines for over 50 years. After five years in the planning and advertising sales departments and three years as a journalist in the editorial political department, he joined Aquent when it expanded into Kyushu and opened an office there.
Since the office launch, he has been developing and supporting the market in terms of both clients and talents for about 20 years.
With his experience at an economic magazine, he considers management from a macro perspective, incorporates it into specific organizational development, and is involved in business planning and recruitment to solve issues.
Since joining the company, he has contributed to Talents and Clients in the digital, creative and marketing fields, focusing on Creators and marketers individualities, talent and company leapfrogging.
He has supported the growth of start-ups and support for hiring for a fast-growing company's IPO,
hiring personnel for the renewal of a major media website, and creative hiring for the major fintech company, among many others.
The team is small and elite, but has a large presence and high added value in the market.
In the future, the Office plans to expand its support in the fields of app development and data science.
