●業務内容
At a leading global tech company providing world-class creative platforms, you will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships with global creative agency partners.
This role plays a critical part in enabling high-quality campaign execution by acting as a bridge between external agencies, Japan-based marketing teams, and global stakeholders.
This position focuses on hands-on partnership management, production coordination, and execution excellence. You will work closely with internal Campaign Marketing and Brand Studio teams to ensure creative projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with business objectives, while also collaborating with global teams in English.
[What You’ll Do]
• Manage day-to-day partnerships with global creative agency partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and strong working relationships
• Lead agency communication, coordination, and negotiation, including scope, timelines, and delivery expectations
• Coordinate and manage creative production projects in collaboration with internal Campaign Marketing and Brand Studio teams
• Support planning and execution of workflow improvements by introducing and enabling their own products (e.g., generative AI solutions, project management tools) within agency partnerships
• Partner with global and regional teams to align processes, standards, and expectations, communicating effectively in English
• Track progress across multiple creative initiatives and ensure execution meets quality, timeline, and performance expectations
●必須スキル・経験
One of the following:
• 5+ years of experience in production/project management within either the Account or Creative function at an advertising agency
• 3+ years of experience leading partnerships with advertising agencies at an in-house / client-side organization
[What You Need to Succeed]
• Experience working at an agency or closely with agencies on full-funnel campaign creative production or project management
• Experience producing or managing digital-centric creative projects, including hands-on coordination with creatives and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to improve marketing performance through creative PDCA cycles
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
• Resident of Japan
• Native-level Japanese proficiency
• Business-level English proficiency (native-level not required, but must be comfortable working with global teams)

月額報酬 55万円〜90万円 ※スキル経験に応じて決定
交通費 月額報酬に含む
●稼働時間
9:00〜17:30
稼働時間は1週間あたり37時間30分とし、業務状況で超える場合は翌週などで調整を行う
●働き方
週5日稼働のうち、2日出社を推奨
●契約期間
3月〜8月(3ヶ月更新予定) 9月以降延長の可能性あり
●休日休暇
土曜、日曜、祝日及び会社指定休日
