We’re seeking an experienced Senior Video Producer to join a high-performing in-house video team supporting a leading global tech and streaming brand. Based in London, this is a contract role focused on overseeing world-class video content across international markets outside the US.

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in production and post-production, with proven experience leading creative campaigns involving trailers, promos, title sequences, sizzles, and VFX. You’ll work collaboratively with talented creatives, editors, and producers to deliver standout work that supports product storytelling, marketing initiatives, and in-platform experiences.

This role demands exceptional organisational skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage projects across multiple geographies and time zones. A passion for entertainment, design, and technology is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage production workflows from concept through delivery across a range of video content.
• Collaborate closely with creative leads, designers, and editors to pitch and deliver impactful visual stories.
• Oversee post-production processes, including editorial, grading, sound, and VFX integration.
• Provide technical oversight, QC, and ensure all deliverables meet platform specifications.
• Manage external partners, studios, and freelance talent to maintain high quality standards.
• Develop tailored schedules and workflows to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Balance multiple fast-paced projects with strong attention to detail and creative integrity.
• Monitor budgets and maintain cost-effective production solutions.
• Liaise confidently across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Understand and communicate how video functions within product, marketing, and social ecosystems.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in video production (agency, post-production, or equivalent environments).
• Strong portfolio/reel showcasing relevant project work.
• Deep technical knowledge of post-production, motion graphics, VFX, and editorial workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality video across global markets.
• Adept at managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Comfortable working across time zones, with flexibility for out-of-hours collaboration when needed.
• Familiarity with creative collaboration platforms and production tools.
• A strong network of local production and post vendors is a plus.
